Our training department, along with HR, keeps a close eye on the productivity and efficiency of departments. A training schedule is created once in every quarter focusing on the departments and an audio/video training is provided to the staff.

The trainings are focused to increase efficiency thus leading to higher productivity.

Being ICS and SEDEX compliant, we impart training to identified individuals on how to help others in case of any emergency and also to operate safety equipment.

All the training schedules are followed and a quarterly review is done on the effect of same.
